Wideband Oscilloscope Current Probes up to 500 A
HIOKI wideband current probes are high-performance oscilloscope current probes for precise AC/DC current waveform analysis. With bandwidths up to 120 MHz, fast rise times down to ≤2.9 ns, and measurement ranges up to 500 A, they capture fast switching transients, dynamic current signals, and high-frequency current waveforms with high signal fidelity.
