Shipping

Shipping costs are €9.90 per order within the entire European Union, to the United Kingdom (UK), to Norway, to Switzerland, to Iceland, and to Serbia – with no minimum order value (Incoterms CPT). We ship from our warehouse in Eschborn (Frankfurt/Main), Germany.

For shipments to Norway, the United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland, Iceland, and Serbia with an order value above €1000, an export declaration is required. A handling fee of €45 will be charged for issuing this document. This fee does not apply to orders below €1000. 

This shop exclusively serves business customers, which is why all prices shown exclude VAT.

Goods returns

At HIOKI, we prioritize the quality and reliability of the products we offer to our business customers. As a result, we do not typically accept returns for non-defective goods. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or not working as expected, please reach out to us immediately at service@hioki.eu. (Please do not use this mail address for technical questions regarding the product)

Loss of consignment / Transport damage

Our goods are shipped based on Incoterms CPT. If one of our parcels or a complete delivery has not reached you, please report this to your transport insurance. If you are not insured yourself, you can instruct us to investigate the whereabouts of the delivery and, if necessary, to make a claim with the appointed forwarding agent on your behalf.
