9322 - Differential probe

The Hioki 9322 Differential Probe is a versatile 3-in-1 probe designed for the floating measurement of high-voltage waveforms, detecting power line surge noise, and providing true RMS rectified output of high-voltage AC. With the ability to handle up to 2000 V DC and 1000 V AC (CAT II), the 9322 ensures safe and accurate measurements even in demanding environments. This probe is compatible with the Memory Memory recorder series and can be powered via an AC adapter or Hioki’s Probe Power Unit Z5021.
