Component tester (L, C, R) for production lines with fast measuring time (2ms at 1kHz), measuring frequency from DC and 40Hz to 200kHz with a basic accuracy of 0.05%. It measures with voltages from 5mV to 5V and currents from µA to 50 mA. It is equipped with LAN (100BASE-T) and USB interface and has comparator function, BIN measurement (classification function).
