Product information L2001 - 4-terminal Tweezer-type Test Fixture

The 4-terminal test fixture L2001 is suitable for SMD components with a contact spacing of 0.3 mm to 6 mm. The tweezer-shaped test tips with replaceable contacts allow measurements when other test fixtures are not practical. It is designed for the frequency range from 0 Hz (DC) to 8 MHz on Hioki LCR and C meters with 4-terminal BNC connection.

The contact tips IM9001 are pre-installed upon delivery.
