The HIOKI 9296-10 is an optional unit designed to be connected between various HIOKI impedance meters (such as the IM3590, IM3570, IM3533, IM3523, and similar devices) and the main test fixture. It allows the application of a DC bias current for specialized testing scenarios. With a measurement frequency range from 42 Hz to 100 kHz, it extends the functionality of impedance meters. Additionally, it supports a maximum applied voltage of ±40 V DC and a maximum current of ±2 A DC, providing flexibility for a variety of test applications.
