It offers a measuring frequency range from DC to 200 kHz and a high accuracy of ±0.05% with a wide measuring voltage range (5 mV to 5 V) and measuring current range (10 µA to 50 mA).It supports measurements of the transformer winding ratio, the mutual inductance and the temperature-compensated DC resistance (DCR). The intuitive touchscreen display makes operation easy. Interfaces such as external I/O and USB and optional interfaces such as LAN, RS-232C or GP-IB increase flexibility.
