1. Select a data logger
Key features: control & configure, automoatic module recognition, monitor data in real-time, transfer data to a PC via USB, LAN or wireless LAN*
The LR8450 Data Logger Series are available in two different models:
- LR8450 for plug-in modules
- LR8450-01 for plug-in and wireless modules
2. Select measurement module/s
Key features: 5 channels per module, DC or ACrms current measurement, 1 ms recording interval, automatic sensor recognition
You can connect in total:
- Up to 4x U8556 Plug-in Current Modules
- Up to 7x LR8536 Wireless Current Modules*
3. Select current sensor/s
HIOKI offers a wide variety of current sensors for every application

4. Visualize the test results
You can visulaize the measured data directly on the LR8450 LCD display or on your PC (web browser).

Flexibility
The LR8450 offers unmatched flexibility with its optional battery packs and wireless capabilities, allowing for extended, uninterrupted testing.
- Perform autonomous measurements for hours without requiring a power supply by equipping the LR8450 with up to two battery packs. Additionally, each wireless module can be fitted with its own battery pack, enabling flexible placement close to the DUT for maximum convenience.
- The wireless capability provides several key advantages: you can position the wireless modules near the DUT and seamlessly transfer measurement data to the data logger via wireless LAN. Alternatively, by using the logger with plug-in modules, you can stream real-time measurement data directly to a PC or tablet for immediate analysis. Connect your PC and the data logger to the same internal wireless LAN network. You can control and monitor the measured data in real-time from anywhere.
