The Hioki BT3564 Battery Tester is an advanced measurement instrument ideal for fully automated testing of large battery packs, particularly in electric vehicles (xEVs). It simultaneously measures internal resistance and open-circuit voltage (OCV) with resistance ranges from mΩ to 3 kΩ and voltage ranges up to 1000 V DC.

Featuring a fast measurement speed of approximately 5 ms and a 2 ms sampling rate in ""Extra-FAST"" mode, the BT3564 offers outstanding testing efficiency. It is equipped with RS-232C, GP-IB, EXT-I/O, and Analog Out interfaces, ensuring easy integration into various systems. Its electrostatic-resistant design and spark discharge reduction feature enhance reliability and safety during high-voltage testing.
