Configure your MR8875 Memory Recorder with the right input modules for mobile measurements in the field, during maintenance or in the laboratory. The module lineup supports measurements of voltage, temperature, strain and CAN signals, as well as DC/AC RMS measurements. 

With 4 module slots and up to 16 analog channels, the MR8875 can be flexibly adapted for transient capture, troubleshooting, maintenance and mobile data recording.

The MR8901 Analog Unit is a 4-channel voltage input module for the memory recorder MR8875. It enables voltage measurement with simultaneous sampling across all channels. The module provides four isolated BNC input connectors with an input resistance of 1 MΩ and an input capacitance of 10 pF. It supports measurement ranges from 5 mV to 10 V/div with 11 selectable ranges. Simultaneous sampling at up to 500 kS/s across all channels allows acquisition of transient and dynamic signals. The frequency characteristics extend from DC to 100 kHz (–3 dB). The MR8902 Voltage/Temp Unit is a 15-channel voltage and thermocouple input module for the MR8875 memory recorder, designed for stable multi-point DC voltage and temperature acquisition in demanding industrial environments.Each of the 15 channels can be individually configured for voltage or thermocouple measurement. With 16-bit A/D conversion and ranges from 500 µV/div up to 5 V/div, the module enables precise low-level signal acquisition across a wide measurement span. Simultaneous channel scanning supports synchronized multi-point monitoring at update rates down to 10 ms. The unit supports thermocouple types K, J, E, T, N, R, S, B and W, with selectable internal or external reference junction compensation. Internal compensation accuracy is ±0.5°C (added to measurement accuracy). Thermocouple broken-wire detection is integrated and switchable. High noise immunity supports reliable operation in electrically demanding environments, with a normal mode rejection ratio of ≥50 dB and a common mode rejection ratio up to 140 dB (with digital filter). The MR8903 Strain Unit is a 4-channel strain and low-voltage input module for the memory recorder MR8875. It enables strain and voltage measurement with configurable inputs for each channel.Each channel can be configured for strain gauge or low-level voltage measurement. The module uses 16-bit A/D conversion and supports simultaneous sampling across all channels at up to 200 kS/s. The frequency characteristics extend from DC to 20 kHz. The strain measurement function supports bridge sensors from 120 Ω to 1 kΩ with a bridge excitation voltage of 2 V. Measurement ranges span from 20 µε/div to 1000 µε/div. Selectable low-pass filters (5 Hz, 10 Hz, 100 Hz, 1 kHz, OFF) are available. The maximum allowable voltage between input terminals and earth is 30 V AC rms or 60 V DC. The MR8904 CAN Unit is a 2-port CAN interface module for the memory recorder MR8875. It enables acquisition and output of CAN communication signals. The module supports CAN communication according to ISO 11898 and SAE J2411 standards. Each port can be configured for high-speed CAN, low-speed CAN, or single-wire CAN. CAN messages can be received and transmitted, and acknowledgment settings can be configured. Received CAN signals can be converted into analog or logic channels for recording. Up to 15 analog channels (16-bit equivalent) and 16 logic channels can be output. Signal mapping depends on bit length.The module provides ID-trigger functionality and outputs a pulse signal when a specified CAN ID is received. The MR8905 Analog Unit is a 2-channel voltage input module for the memory recorder MR8875. It enables voltage measurement of instantaneous values and AC RMS values. Each channel supports measurement ranges from 500 mV to 50 V/div. The module uses 16-bit A/D conversion and supports simultaneous sampling across both channels at up to 500 kS/s.
