The RM3545 provides precise measurements for a wide range of applications in electronics manufacturing and testing. It uses the 4-terminal measurement method with a constant current source to perform accurate resistance measurements. It is suitable for measuring electrical components such as motors, transformers, relays, switches, and wire connections. Additionally, it supports temperature measurement using thermistors, which is particularly important for applications requiring temperature compensation. With its high resolution and precise measurement accuracy, it is equally effective on production lines and in research laboratories.

This effectively minimizes contact and lead resistance – a key requirement for stable and comparable measurement results, particularly on thin layers or delicate samples. The spherical, gold-plated measurement contacts provide uniform contact conditions. A defined spring force of approximately 1.25 N per contact ensures consistent contact pressure and supports repeatable measurement performance in laboratory and development environments.Separate SOURCE and SENSE connectors as well as a GUARD plug are precisely matched to the RM3545 input terminals, enabling direct and secure connection without additional adapters. With an overall cable length of approximately 1.5 m and a robust design, the RM9010-01 is built for professional indoor use.
