Detailed Product Overview
The 3244-60 is a credit card size digital multimeter for everyday electrical checks where very little space is available. With dimensions of approximately 55 × 109 × 9.5 mm and a weight of about 60 g, it fits easily into a shirt pocket, tool kit or service bag. It is designed for DC and AC voltage measurement, resistance measurement and continuity check in a very compact format.
The instrument measures DC and AC voltage up to 500 V and supports resistance measurement and continuity check with automatic range selection. The display offers up to 4199 count, except in the 500 V range, and the sampling rate is 2.5 times per second. This makes the 3244-60 suitable for simple voltage checks, continuity testing and basic troubleshooting without carrying a larger multimeter.
Safety and Ease of Use
For safe use, the 3244-60 is rated CAT III 300 V with the CAT III safety caps installed and CAT II 600 V with the caps removed. The removable CAT III safety caps can be fitted to the test leads depending on the measurement category. This allows the instrument to remain very compact while still supporting category-appropriate use.The 3244-60 uses automatic range selection, so the measurement range is set automatically for DC voltage, AC voltage and resistance measurement. It also includes an Auto Power Save function that switches the instrument to power save state after 30 minutes without operation. Power is supplied by one CR2032 coin cell battery, and continuous operating time is approximately 150 hours in DC voltage measurement.

The instrument is supplied with test leads, CAT III safety caps, a CR2032 coin cell battery for monitoring use and a carrying case. The carrying case provides a dedicated place for the instrument, the test leads and the CAT III safety caps.
