LCR measuring device with fast measuring time (2ms at 1kHz) for production lines, measuring frequency from DC and 40Hz to 200kHz with a basic accuracy of 0.05%. It measures with voltages from 5mV to 5V and currents from µA to 50 mA. Implemented features are comparator function, BIN measurement (classification function). It is equipped with external I/O (handler) and USB interface (as option: RS-232C or GP-IB or LAN).
