U8976 - HIGH SPEED ANALOG UNIT
Product information U8976 - HIGH SPEED ANALOG UNIT
The U8976 High Speed Analog Unit is a 2-channel module for voltage measurement with the Memory Recorders MR6000 and MR6000-01, designed for high-frequency measurements up to 30 MHz. With a maximum sampling rate of 200 MS/s (2 channels simultaneously), it is suitable for high-speed measurements of fast voltage waveforms. It enables accurate capture of fast transient signals and switching events. The unit features isolated BNC inputs with 1 MΩ input impedance and supports AC, DC, and GND coupling. It supports direct input up to 400 V DC and up to 1000 V DC when used with the 10:1 voltage probe 9665. The maximum rated voltage to ground is CAT II 1000 V.
Typical applications include analysis of switching behavior in inverters, fast transient voltage measurements in power electronics, as well as inrush current and small current measurements in combination with the CT6711 multi-range current probe.
