The HIOKI 9327 Logic Probe is used to detect voltage and relay contact signals for High/Low state recording with compatible HIOKI Memory Recorders. It can be used for digital signal states, relay contact states and open-collector signals, such as those used on HIOKI EXT I/O interfaces. The input type can be switched between digital input and contact input for each channel.

- Digital input: Input resistance 1 MΩ at 0 to +5 V, ≥500 kΩ at +5 to +50 V, threshold levels 1.4 V / 2.5 V / 4.0 V
- Contact input/Open collector: 2 kΩ pull-up resistance, internally pulled up to +5 V
- Limits: 0 to +50 V DC, max. 100 mA, detectable pulse width ≥100 ns
- Connection: Main cable 1.5 m, IC clip leads or alligator clip leads 300 mm

HIOKI 8973 - Logic Unit
The 8973 Logic Unit is a logic signal measurement module for the memory recorders MR6000, MR6000-01, MR8740T, MR8740, MR8741, MR8827, MR8847A and MR8848. It enables acquisition and analysis of digital logic signals using HIOKI logic probes. The module provides four probe inputs. With HIOKI logic probes providing four measurement channels per probe, up to 16 logic channels can be realized per module.Multiple logic units can be installed simultaneously to expand the number of digital channels in the measurement system. The module uses mini-DIN connectors for HIOKI logic probes (sold separately), allowing simultaneous monitoring of multiple digital signals.
