The 8966 Analog Unit is a 2-channel voltage input module for the memory recorders MR6000, MR6000-01, MR8847A, MR8848, MR8827, MR8740, MR8741 and MR8740T. It expands these instruments with two electrically isolated voltage input channels and is designed for high-speed, multi-channel measurements in development, testing and analysis applications.
With a maximum sampling rate of up to 20 MS/s and a frequency bandwidth of DC to 5 MHz (–3 dB), the module is suited for capturing fast signal transitions and transient events in power electronics, control systems and general waveform analysis.
Multiple measurement ranges up to 400 V DC enable flexible integration into various measurement environments. Channel-to-channel isolation allows safe parallel measurements at different potentials.
Typical applications include high-speed voltage measurement, transient waveform capture, signal integrity analysis and validation of analog and control circuits.
