The Hioki BT3562A Battery Tester is an advanced measurement instrument designed for fully automated testing of battery packs, particularly in electric vehicles (xEVs). It simultaneously measures internal resistance and open-circuit voltage (OCV), covering resistance ranges from 3 mΩ to 3 kΩ and voltage ranges of 6 V, 60 V, and 100 V DC. With a fast measurement speed of approximately 10 ms and a sampling rate of up to 4 ms in ""Extra-FAST"" mode, the BT3562A offers superior performance compared to many competing products.

Its LAN interface facilitates easy integration into network systems, and its high tolerance to line resistance ensures robustness in complex testing setups. Additionally, the device's electrostatic-resistant design protects against damage caused by static discharges, making it highly reliable in production environments.
