U8330 is an optional SSD storage unit for the HIOKI MR8827 Memory Recorder and is used to store measurement data, waveforms, instrument settings, screen images and calculation results. It is installed and formatted at the factory and must therefore be ordered as an option together with the Memory Recorder. For U8330, the recommended replacement cycle is approx. 20,000 hours with continuous writing. The data retention time when the instrument is switched off is approx. 1 year.
