Product Description
The SA2634 Analysis Software provides automated electrochemical analysis of lithium-ion battery slurries based on electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Working together with the IM3536 LCR Meter (not included), the software converts impedance data into meaningful indicators of slurry conductivity and dispersion without requiring users to create equivalent circuits or define initial fitting parameters manually. Automated fitting significantly simplifies analysis and enables consistent, repeatable evaluations.
The software calculates three proprietary parameters— DCR (total slurry resistance), R-ratio (ratio of the conductive material's resistive component in DCR), and Uniformity (distribution state of conductive paths) —to quantitatively evaluate slurry conductivity and dispersion. These metrics provide an electrical perspective on slurry properties and support optimization of slurry formulations, mixing conditions, and quality control throughout lithium-ion battery development and production. Batch processing of up to 1,000 datasets further accelerates comparison of multiple samples and long-term process monitoring.
The SA2634 Analysis Software can be purchased either as a standalone software package or as part of the SA2634-KIT Slurry Analysis System, which additionally includes the IM3536 LCR Meter, SA9002 Test Fixture, and slurry sample containers for both aqueous and NMP-based slurries.
