The RM9010-02 is a high-precision probe tip designed for resistance, resistivity, and conductivity measurements using the four-terminal method. It is an optional accessory for the RM3545 precision resistance meter and its variants, providing a defined four-contact measurement geometry for reproducible material testing.

Four precisely aligned in-line measurement contacts with a spacing of 1.5 mm ±0.1 mm ensure accurate separation of current and voltage paths. This minimizes contact and lead resistance – a key requirement for stable and comparable measurement results, particularly on small structures or thin layers. 

The spherical, gold-plated contacts provide uniform contact conditions. A defined spring force of approximately 0.85 N per contact ensures consistent contact pressure and repeatable measurement performance in laboratory and development environments. 

Separate SOURCE and SENSE connectors as well as a GUARD plug are matched to the RM3545 input terminals, enabling direct connection without additional adapters. With an overall cable length of approximately 1.5 m and a compact probe design, the RM9010-02 is optimized for measurements on small or closely spaced structures. Replaceable contacts support long service life and cost-efficient operation.
