The L2234 Test Lead is a connection lead designed for high-precision resistance and insulation measurements with the HIOKI SUPER MEGOHM Meters SM7110, SM7120, and SM7420. It is based on the design of the L2232, but features an open cable end, allowing users to implement a connection tailored to their specific application requirements.
The test lead features a flexible triaxial cable design with a cable diameter of approx. 7 mm, providing effective shielding and supporting accurate measurement of very high resistance values. On the instrument side, it is equipped with a triaxial connector that reduces leakage currents and external interference. The outer diameter of the coupling nut is 20 mm, enabling clear mechanical identification and a secure connection to the instrument.
The open cable end offers maximum flexibility for integration into custom test setups, such as fixed wiring, special terminals, or application-specific contacts. A robust design with strain relief ensures high reliability and long service life in professional use.
