Select the suitable option depending on the shape and size of your device under test (DUT) – for example, for SMD components with dimensions from 1 mm to 10 mm, choose the 9263, or for leaded components with conductor diameters from 0.3 mm to 2 mm, select 9262. Fixtures with DC bias input are also available.
