It is ideal for demanding applications such as inverter testing, ECU signal analysis, and monitoring physical phenomena. Featuring user-friendly software, a touchscreen interface, and various calculation and analysis functions, the MR6000 ensures precise and efficient data acquisition for professionals in research, development, and industrial settings. Input and Output Modules
The MR6000 offers exceptional versatility with its plug-and-play modular design, enabling easy replacement and automatic recognition of modules. It supports 15 input modules for various measurements, such as high voltage monitoring up to 1000 VDC/700 VAC with the U8974, multi-channel configurations using the U8975 for up to 32 channels, and high-speed applications with the U8978, which achieves 200 MS/s sampling. DC modules with 24-bit resolution allow ultra-precise voltage measurements down to 0.1 µV. The MR6000 also supports three output modules, including pulse and waveform generation for signal testing and simulation. The Arbitrary Waveform Generator Module U8793 allows users to program and generate custom waveforms, ideal for reproducing and simulating anomalies. The free SF8000 software simplifies waveform creation by enabling direct data input or formula-based design and supports adding noise or multiplying waveforms for advanced scenarios. Current Measurement The MR6000 accommodates diverse measurement needs with its high-accuracy current sensors. For minuscule currents, wideband current clamps like the CT6711 can be paired with analog modules such as the U8978. The U8977 Current Module supports high-precision clamps and sensors like the CT6841A or CT6904A, enabling accurate measurement of large currents. The MR6000 automatically recognizes connected probes and clamps for streamlined setup. Current clamps and probes can be powered via the Z5021 factory-installed option or directly through the U8977 Input Module, ensuring flexibility and convenience in various test environments. Data Handling
Equipped with advanced internal processing, the MR6000 enables fast data saving and efficient handling, reducing downtime and enhancing productivity. For long-term recording, high-capacity SSD Unit U8332 or HD Unit U8333 options allow continuous data capture at high sampling rates. The envelope sampling function records maximum and minimum values at set intervals, capturing signal fluctuations over extended periods, while the dual sampling function supports simultaneous high-speed and low-speed sampling for a comprehensive view of signal behavior. These features enable efficient data management, focusing on critical events without compromising trend analysis. Trigger Functions
The MR6000 offers extensive trigger functions to capture precise waveforms. Trigger options include level, window, period, and glitch triggers, along with logical operations (AND/OR) across multiple channels for complex conditions. An interval trigger allows periodic measurements, while external triggers enable synchronization with external events. The pre-trigger function captures data preceding trigger events, providing crucial context for detailed analysis. User Interface
The MR6000's intuitive interface enhances user interaction and data analysis. Its responsive touchscreen ensures seamless navigation, while the scroll function mimics paper-like waveform review for familiarity. The zoom function enables detailed examination of specific waveform areas, and robust search capabilities help locate specific data points or events quickly. These features streamline waveform analysis and data management, ensuring a user-friendly experience. Software Tools
The MR6000 includes comprehensive software support to enhance data analysis. The free MR6000 Viewer allows users to analyze captured data on a PC, supporting numerical calculations, waveform analysis, and FFT. The 9335 Wave Processor software enables users to display, convert, and print waveform data efficiently. The GENNECT One application provides centralized management of up to 30 HIOKI instruments via LAN, enabling real-time data acquisition, remote control, and efficient data transfer. For custom applications, HIOKI offers LabVIEW and MATLAB drivers, enabling control and data acquisition in tailored measurement solutions. These tools collectively
