calculation functionIn detail:The MR6000 Memory Recorder is a high-performance waveform recorder designed for
capturing high-speed, high-accuracy data across multiple channels. It is ideal for complex
applications such as inverter testing, ECU signal analysis, and monitoring physical
phenomena. Featuring user-friendly software, a touchscreen interface, and various
calculation and analysis functions, the MR6000 ensures precise and efficient data acquisition
for professionals in research, development, and industrial settings.Input and Output Modules: The MR6000 offers exceptional versatility with its plug-and-play modular design with 8 slots.
Modules can be easily swapped and are automatically recognized by the device. The
MR6000 supports 15 different input modules for various measurements, such as high voltage
monitoring up to 1000 VDC/700 VAC with the U8974, multi-channel configurations using the
U8975 for up to 32 channels, and high-speed applications with the U8978, which offers a
sampling rate of 200 MS/s. DC modules with 24-bit resolution allow ultra-precise voltage
measurements with a resolution of 0.1 µV. The MR6000 also supports three output modules, including pulse and waveform generation
for signal testing and simulation. The Arbitrary Waveform Generator Module U8793 allows users to program and generate custom waveforms, ideal for reproducing and simulating
anomalies. The free SF8000 software simplifies waveform creation by enabling direct data
input or formula-based design and supports noise simulation or multiplying waveforms for
advanced scenarios. Current Measurement: The MR6000 offers additional versatility by allowing the direct connection of HIOKI's highaccuracy current sensors. Wideband current probes like the CT6711 can be paired with
analog modules such as the U8978. The dedicated current modules U8977 and 8971
support precise measurement across a wide range of currents, working seamlessly with
high-precision clamps and sensors like the CT6841A or CT6904A. With these designated current modules, the MR6000 automatically recognizes, and powers
connected HIOKI sensors and clamps, ensuring an easy and efficient setup. HIOKI wideband
current probes with BNC and 2-pin LEMO connectors can also be powered via the Z5021
Probe Power Unit, which is available as a factory-installed option. In addition to powering current probes and clamps, the Z5021 Probe Power Unit can supply
power to up to eight differential probes. This significantly expands the MR6000’s capabilities
for high-voltage measurements, supporting voltages up to 2000 VDC and 1000 VAC. Data Handling: Equipped with advanced internal processing, the MR6000 enables fast data
saving and efficient handling, reducing downtime and enhancing productivity. For long-term
recording, the high-capacity SSD Unit U8332 option allows continuous data capture at high
sampling rates. The MR6000-01 model enables real-time data saving at speeds of up to 20
MS/s. User Interface: The MR6000 features a large 12.1-inch touchscreen with a user-friendly
interface. Its intuitive design makes it easy for users to view and analyze their data
effortlessly. Software Tools: The MR6000 offers comprehensive software analysis tools, including the
free MR6000 Viewer for data analysis, 9335 Wave Processor for waveform management,
GENNECT One for centralized control of up to 30 HIOKI instruments via LAN. In addition,
drivers for custom applications like LabVIEW and MATLAB are available. Models: The MR6000 is offered in two models: the standard MR6000 and the advanced
MR6000-01, which includes two additional features – real-time waveform calculation and
real-time data saving.
The real-time waveform calculation function enables users to monitor calculated results
instantly during measurements, providing immediate insights. The real-time saving function
allows data to be recorded at a maximum sampling rate of 20 MS/s directly onto an external
memory device. This feature offers several key benefits: Long-term recording with up to 20 MS/s Extended recording durations, limited only by the storage capacity of the external
device Record on the SSD, USB stick or choose any other device (via FTP)Data integrity with non-volatile memory ensures recorded data stays secure and
ready for retrieval, even when the device is powered off
