Super megohm meter for resistance measurements from 1 kΩ to 2 × 10¹⁹ Ω with selectable output voltage up to 1000 V and current measurement resolution of 0.1 fA for evaluation of high-resistance materials and insulation properties.
The instrument includes a contact check function to verify proper electrical contact, a current limiter for protection of the device under test, and a comparator function for automated pass/fail evaluation. Short inspection times enable high-throughput measurements in production lines with high unit volumes. Improved noise resistance allows stable measurements in laboratory and production environments.
