Which DAQ Instrument Do You Need?

HIOKI Data Loggers and Memory Recorders support maintenance, service, and troubleshooting from long-term monitoring to high-speed event capturing. The versatile LR8450-01 Wireless Data Logger enables multi-channel data acquisition and wireless logging for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance for many applications. 

For on-site electrical signal analysis, the MR8870 Memory Recorder provides a compact 2-channel solution for AC voltage measurement. When high-speed data acquisition of electrical and physical signals is required, the modular MR8875 Memory Recorder is optimized to enable deeper diagnostics and signal correlation. At the top end of portable recorders, the rugged MR8848 Memory Recorder offers high-speed, multi-channel data acquisition with selectable input modules and sampling rates of up to 20 MS/s for detailed waveform recording and system verification.

It captures pulse signals from energy meters, flow meters, rotary encoders, and logic outputs, supporting instantaneous pulse counting, totalization (accumulated measurement), and rotation measurement based on pulse frequency. Via Bluetooth®, measurement data can be monitored and collected in real time using the LR8410 Wireless Logging Station, a Windows PC, or an Android device. Up to 100 loggers can be managed simultaneously within one system, making it ideal for distributed measurement setups. With 500,000 data points per channel, extended recording periods are possible. Depending on the selected recording interval (0.1 s to 60 min), maximum recording time ranges from 13 h 53 min up to over 365 days. Selectable recording modes allow either one-time recording (stop when memory is full) or endless recording (automatic overwrite of oldest data). The logger is battery-operated and well suited for mobile or hard-to-access installations.
