HIOKI MR8903 - 4-channel strain module for MR8875, 200 kS/s
Product information HIOKI MR8903 - 4-channel strain module for MR8875, 200 kS/s
The MR8903 Strain Unit is a 4-channel strain and low-voltage input module for the memory recorder MR8875. It enables strain and voltage measurement with configurable inputs for each channel.
Each channel can be configured for strain gauge or low-level voltage measurement. The module uses 16-bit A/D conversion and supports simultaneous sampling across all channels at up to 200 kS/s. The frequency characteristics extend from DC to 20 kHz.
The strain measurement function supports bridge sensors from 120 Ω to 1 kΩ with a bridge excitation voltage of 2 V. Measurement ranges span from 20 µε/div to 1000 µε/div. Selectable low-pass filters (5 Hz, 10 Hz, 100 Hz, 1 kHz, OFF) are available.
The maximum allowable voltage between input terminals and earth is 30 V AC rms or 60 V DC. The maximum bridge input voltage is 10 V DC.
Typical applications include strain measurement, vibration analysis, and multi-channel data acquisition in laboratory and industrial environments.
